3. Create contacts and contact lists

3.1. Create a new contact

To create a contact, simply click on "Contacts" in the top bar of the Email Marketing module. Then click on "Contacts" -> "Create".

Fill in all the data in the contact form, click on "Save" and you will have a new contact. If you want to edit a contact later, click on it. The information you added will be displayed and you can just click "Edit" to make any changes you require.

You can always add a contact to a contact list through the "Edit" option talked above.

3.2. Create a contact list

To create a contact list, just go back to the top bar and click on "Contacts" -> "Mailing Lists" -> "Create".

In this section, you will be prompted to name the list and define the contacts you want in it. To do this, click the "Recipients" button on the right side. You will be transported to a new window where you should click "Create" and fill out the form, or choose to import a contact list from a CVS or Excel file that you have stored on your computer.

Once you've created a recipient within a contact list, your contact list will automatically appear in your contacts whenever you click "Contacts" -> "Contacts" in the top bar.

3.3. Delete contacts and contact lists

To delete a contact or a contact list, the process is the same. Select your contact or list, click on "Action" and then "Delete".

4. Build a Newsletter

On the overview page for this module, click "Create" to begin working out your e-mail.

Start by filling in the e-mail header with the subject you want. Also, choose the recipients of the e-mail. Recipients can be pre-created complete lists or individual contacts.

If you prefer, you can leave the previous step to the end and start by selecting and modifying a template according to your needs.

4.1. Modify a template

After selecting the template that you will be using, you can change it with the help of the preexisting drag & drops.

The idea is to choose the drag & drop you want and drag it to the newsletter area wherever you want it to be.

You can always delete the element you added, change it's position, duplicate it or even resize it as needed.

4.2. Add a drag & drop

When selecting a template, you will have on the left side a list of drag & drops, divided by categories. These categories serve as the basis for your newsletter: Headings, Body, Marketing Content and Footers.

Choose the drag & drop you want to use and drag it to the desired zone. You can use the auxiliary lines as a guide.

4.3. Move, duplicate or delete an element

When you click on an element of your newsletter, it becomes selected and with a customization bar at the top.

To move it, click on the cross-shaped arrows and, while holding the click, drag it to the new position.

Clicking the icon with two sheets will duplicate the selected element. They will be next to each other and you can later move them.

The garbage bin icon is where you should click if you want to delete any of the drag & drops that make up your email.

4.4. Customize an element

In addition to moving or duplicating parts of your newsletter, you can also customize, upload pictures and change colors.

4.4.1. Add and change images

The images are quite important when it comes to communicating with the consumer, so they are almost fundamental in the newslwtters you send them.

If you use a drag & drop with images, it will come with a default picture. To change it, double click on the picture. When the new window appears, click on "Upload an image" or add a URL.

4.4.2. Change colors

Through the customization bar that appears in the element of your newsletter, clicking "Customize" allows you to choose the background color of each of the drag & drops.

To change the color of the text, the process is the same as when writing an e-mail in your usual e-mail platform. Simply select the text, and in the top e-mail bar, click the arrow next to "A" and choose the new color.

4.4.3. Resize items

Each element can be resized. Although all elements change automatically according to the size of texts and images, you can always make changes by hand.

To do this, simply drag the arrows on the sides, top and bottom and leave them as suited to your design.

5. Testing and sending the newsletter

When you finish creating the e-mail you want to send, you can test it before sending it to the recipients.

Just click on "Test Mailing" and the e-mail will be sent to you. If everything is perfect, click "Send to all" and send it to all the recipients.

Once you send it, you can track the entire sending process until it is completely finished.

6. Creating Marketing Campaigns

All newsletters sent by a company to its customers have a purpose and can therefore be grouped into marketing campaigns.

To create a campaign, click on "Campaigns" in the upper bar of the Email Marketing module. Then click "Create" and fill out the form.

Whether you choose to submit a mass mailing campaign or A / B Testing, you will be transported to the creation of your newsletter.

From here, you can schedule it's sending and follow the process and it's statistics.

7. Result Analysis

After sending a newsletter, you can follow the results by clicking on "Reports" in the top bar of your screen.

In this area you can see how many people have received the e-mail, how many have opened it, how many clicked on a link in the e-mail and how many answered or canceled the subscription of the newsletter

Reports can be shown in three diferent kind of graphs.
